The Bridge
The Bridge is a developing initiative of The Hive under Indigenous Entrepreneurship — building Native-led pathways into food enterprise, small business, and economic mobility.
As it grows, The Bridge aims to connect community members with hands-on training, mentorship, and shared resources rooted in Indigenous values.
OPEN TO ALL
Who we serve
The Hive is open to all entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, with Indigenous entrepreneurship at the center of our work.
We offer a wide range of entrepreneurship education, resource navigation, mentorship, networking, community programming, and connections to business and professional services that are available to entrepreneurs from all backgrounds.
At the same time, The Hive connects Indigenous entrepreneurs and communities with culturally relevant programming, resources, funding opportunities, and services that are specifically designed for Indigenous people. Some of these opportunities may have eligibility requirements established by a Tribal Nation, government agency, funder, or program partner, including requirements related to tribal citizenship or enrollment.
Our role is not to be the only resource an entrepreneur needs. We help people identify what they need, connect them with the right resources, and build pathways to opportunities that fit their circumstances.
Whether an entrepreneur comes to us for general business support or Indigenous-centered entrepreneurship, our goal is the same: to support the whole person, strengthen the enterprise, and build stronger communities.

While The Bridge grows, our Resource Hub lists national and regional organizations that support Native entrepreneurs — including Native CDFIs, business development organizations, and agriculture programs.
